Cerebriqo ("we", "our", or "us") provides cognitive training, developmental support, and educational activities for school-age learners under parental supervision.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult (parent or legal guardian) and that you consent to this Privacy Policy on behalf of yourself and your child.

We do not store payment card information. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and personalize the application experience
- Track activity progress and adjust difficulty
- Generate parent dashboard insights
- Deliver optional session reminders

- Process and verify subscription purchases

We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal information for advertising purposes.
4. Children's Privacy
Learners do not create independent accounts.
All registration, consent, and subscription management activities are performed by a parent or legal guardian.
We do not display advertising within the application and do not permit in-app purchases by minors.
We are committed to compliance with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR-K principles where applicable.
5. Data Sharing and Service Providers

6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored using Google Firebase services located in the European Union (europe-west1).
Information is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our service providers.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Parents can access only child profiles associated with their authenticated account.
7. Data Retention
Account information is retained while an account remains active.
If an account is deleted, associated personal information is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Anonymous and aggregated analytics data may be retained for up to two years.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access your information

- Delete your information
- Request export of your information
- Withdraw consent

9. Push Notifications

10. Free Trial
Cerebriqo Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notices.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
