1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cerebriqo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

By registering, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. Description of Service

Cerebriqo is a cognitive training and developmental support application for school-age learners.

The application provides educational activities designed to support attention, executive function, memory, emotional regulation, and social-emotional learning under parental supervision.

3. Accounts and Registration

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us of unauthorized account access

One parent account may manage multiple child profiles.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Access

Cerebriqo offers both free and premium content. Free users have access to selected modules. Premium subscribers receive access to all modules and additional features.

4.2 Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.3 Free Trial

Cerebriqo Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

4.4 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are governed by the policies of Apple and Google. Cerebriqo does not directly issue subscription refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer the application
Share credentials outside your household
Interfere with platform infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts

6. Intellectual Property

All application content, designs, graphics, mascot characters, educational activities, software, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Cerebrafit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

Cerebriqo is intended for educational, cognitive training, and developmental support purposes only.

Cerebriqo is not a medical device.

Cerebriqo does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, clinical intervention, medical advice, or healthcare services.

The application is not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, or other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Parents should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical, developmental, educational, or behavioral concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerebrafit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for subscriptions during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notices.

Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, United States.
